Description
How does it work?
The RF filter uses a process called ion exchange to remove minerals, ions and most of the lime from the water. The filter medium contains resin beads that retain the positive and negative ions in the water and replace them with hydrogen and hydroxide ions.
Why this water filter?
The RF filter is often used in applications where the presence of minerals and ions in the water is undesirable, such as in laboratories, medical equipment or specific industrial processes. The result is demineralized water with very low levels of dissolved solids.
What type of water is this filter suitable for?
The RF filter is suitable for water that needs to be demineralized, such as water for laboratory use, medical equipment or specific industrial processes.
